Divorce Mediation Services

  • Pre-marital resources for couples marrying that would like to explore prior to marriage to identify some of the challenges that could face. When couples marry and have a clear understanding of the challenges that could arise during the marriage they can resolve them quickly and have time to focus on their bond and relationship.
  • We provide a divorce do it yourself packets based on your specific needs. Includes balance sheet of al marital assets and liabilities, child support guidelines and monthly budget pre and post-divorce.
  • We can discuss one or more related issues to your divorce. Example; custody, equitable distribution or discuss concerns before considering a divorce.
  • We provide resources at any time pre-divorce, during and after.
  • Qualified Domestic relation orders (QDRO)
  • We provide resources may include: Therapist, Psychologists, financial advisors, divorce mortgage loan agents, accountants, support groups, self-development, among many other resources to help you divorce with dignity and rebuild a new way of life.

What you will learn:

There will be three sessions and they can be used within a three month period of time.

Session 1: We go over the discernment/history and accomplishments. Exploring your relationship and providing you with 2 questionnaires and information about the myths, mistakes, and why some marriages fail and some don’t.

Session 2: The consequences of a divorce are financially and emotionally, children, infidelity-based issues (as they apply). According to research studies, 50% of marriages fail. However, 60% of second marriages fail at a faster rate and within short-term vs. long-term marriages. One questionnaire is reviewed at this session.

Session 3: In the divorce process we go over tailored questions about your relationship assessment, discuss divorce options, advantages, and disadvantages.
